Conduct analysis of the market and competitive trends to develop annual marketing plans according to the company’s portfolio strategy and long term business goals.
Define the brand’s status and to drive the team to create and implement outlined brand activities in a timely and quality manner, within all approved budgets as per Rolls Royce, Bentley and Lamborghini plan.
Conduct and drive research-based results on consumer needs. Thereafter, to use consumer insights to develop appropriate brand developments/innovation required for the growth of brand health and performance
Drive, plan and manage project team (both internal and external) to achieve results in marketing-related activities on product development, advertising, consumer activation, sponsorships, PR, online/digital marketing.
To conduct post-campaign reports to capture results and identify areas for future improvements
Plan annual marketing budget to achieve the desired brand performance, and monitor and control marketing budget to ensure compliance with company objectives
Analyze Rolls Royce, Bentley and Lamborghini positioning and consumer insights
Shape and communicate our vision and mission
Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
